What can be Recycled?

As new processes are put into place and existing processes are refined, there are more  ways to recycle materials today than ever before.  Here is a short list of the things that can be recycled:

·        Mixed Paper, Newspaper and Cardboard

·        Aluminum, Tin and Steel cans and containers

·        Plastics type 1 and 2

·        Chemicals and used oil

·        Unbroken glass containers

·        Metal caps, lids, bands and foil

·        Grocery Bags

·        Junk mail, magazines, photocopies, computer printouts, cereal and shoe boxes and similar

·        Used tires

·        Automotive Batteries

·        Rechargeable batteries

·        Laser/Ink Print Cartridges

·        Household Toxins (paints, oils, solvents, pesticides, cleaners)

·        Computers and monitors
